We offer a variety of living options and floorplans. There is spacious studio, one, and two bedroom assisted living apartments, as well as studio and two-bedroom memory support apartments.

The Retreat at Sunny Vista features two dining venues. A full-service dining experience in the Pike’s Peak restaurant or a casual meal in the Culebra Café. Our chef prepared cuisine is delicious and nutritious, and made with the finest quality ingredients.

We understand that a transition of this nature is difficult, and we want to help make that transition as smooth as possible.

Cognitive Decline
If your loved one is experiencing cognitive decline, Alzheimer’s or dementia, it might be best to spend some extra time with them when they first move into a new community. This will help them get familiar with their new surroundings. It will take them some time to get oriented with the new routine and where to go if they need something. Spending the first three or four days with them and walking with them helps to ease that transition.
