A: Yes, We have physicians that specialize in geriatric care.

Q: What equipment do I need to bring?
A: We provide wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen, and other equipment. You can also bring equipment from home.

Q: Do you provide transportation?
A: Yes, we provide transportation for medical appointments during regular business hours.

Q: How can I be involved in the planning of my care?
A: The Interdisciplinary Team meets with each resident and/or interested parties within five days of admission and at regular intervals thereafter to discuss the planning and progression of care.

Q: What happens when it is time for me to go home?
A: We plan your discharge depending on your current and ongoing health care needs and coordinate services such as home health, therapy, equipment, etc.
