At Sunny Vista, it is our goal to provide residents and clients with the best care and services available. We specialize in rehabilitative services, restorative therapy, and long-term care.
Rehabilitation
The rehabilitation unit at Sunny Vista Living Center features private rooms with private bathrooms for every patient, one-on-one therapy sessions, and a brand new, state-of-the-art therapy gym. Our rehabilitation team includes on-site Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists who work with our residents and clients to ensure that they meet their short and long-term goals. Our rehabilitation program has an excellent return-to-home rate and includes weekly team meetings with the Medical Director as well as a home evaluation prior to discharge.
Restorative Therapy
Sunny Vista offers restorative therapy sessions for our long-term care residents to enhance their quality of life and to ensure that they maintain or improve their current level of health and functionality. Our restorative therapy services are available to new residents as well as residents transitioning from the rehabilitation unit and include access to full-time therapists and two therapy gyms.
Long-Term Care
The caring, professional staff at Sunny Vista Living Center provides twenty-four hour long-term care for our residents who are unable to return to their previous living environment due to health or safety concerns. Our long-term care program includes on-site therapists as well as respite and hospice services.
