THE VILLA AT SUNNY VISTA
The Villa at Sunny Vista is a 50 unit HUD subsidized apartment building for senior citizens and handicapped/disabled citizens. The Villa at Sunny Vista is proud of its history of providing housing opportunities to those citizens. Our facility is open to all eligible tenants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap status, familial status, or national origin.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Villa at Sunny Vista provides safe, decent, and sanitary housing by providing facility management services and supportive programming for Colorado Springs low income senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
**The
fundamental nature of our housing program does not provide personal care
services for individuals. All individuals must be able to provide the necessary
personal care services they require without placing undue burden upon other
residents or staff.
